The Florencia design is inspired by the warmth, sunshine and vibrant colors of the rolling hills on the outskirts of the city of Florencia, the capital of Caquetá, in the South West of Colombia.

Each Jaibana collar is handmade with care and love from the start. Our pet collars are a luxury item that will stand out! Even though luxurious and beautiful, they are made to resist the elements on a daily basis. The beadwork is a traditional art made by indigenous people who create geometric colorful patterns inspired in the landscapes and biodiversity of Colombia. Each piece is carefully sewn onto 100% genuine leather by skilled artisans and finished with long lasting brass hardware. The artisans who we contract are paid up front a fair price, we want to support their work first!

Sizing
Our pet collars come in 4 different sizes, which vary in length and width. Please measure the circumference of your pets neck, that will give you the length to determine the size.

XS: 8 - 11 inches long, 0.6 inches wide
S: 11 - 13 inches long, 0.8 inches wide (SOLD OUT)
M: 13 - 16 inches long, 1 inch wide (only one left!)
L: 16 - 18 inches long, 1 inch wide

Returns
You have 30 days upon arrival to let us know if you need to return or exchange for any reason. For example, if you order the wrong size we will happily exchange for the correct size. Shipping will be on us!

Care
If the collar gets dirty, please remove the collar from the pet and brush off the dirt. You can use a mild soap if needed (such as Dr. Bronner’s). Once the leather is dry, you can use a natural oil (coconut, jojoba, almond, beeswax, etc) on the leather to keep it moist and malleable.
